In collaboration with chef Thomas Berdal from Christianshavns Beboerhus, coyote invites you to a communal dinner at O—Overgaden. The tables, which have been part of the exhibition Upstairs and are made from O—Overgaden’s dismantled plasterboard walls, will set the stage for a shared long-table dinner during the exhibition’s final hours on Sunday 2 August 2026, at 6pm.

Menu:

~ Malted rice flakes, artichoke purée with garlic and Vesterhavsost cheese, and herb oil.
~ Roasted king oyster mushroom, brown butter, herb mayonnaise, and chervil, with green salad with vinaigrette, homemade bread, and freshly churned butter.
~ Whey ice cream and caramelized white chocolate with thyme.
