Artist Helene Nymann, whose work is currently on show at O—Overgaden, and researchers from the Interacting Minds Center at Aarhus University will conduct 1:1 micro-phenomenological interviews as part of the exhibition Knots of Ecphore.

Micro-phenomenology is a scientific discipline and an interviewing technique that, as a kind of psychological microscope, makes it possible to explore the finer layers of our lived experiences and include the unconscious layers of our subjective experiences that are rarely articulated. Data from the interviews will thus contribute to Nymann’s further investigations into how our memories are shaped, registered, and transformed.
