INTRO program

O—Overgaden continues its INTRO program up until 2025

Thanks to the invaluable support of 3.7 million kroner from Aage and Johanne Louis-Hansen’s Foundation, O—Overgaden now has the opportunity to continue the INTRO program’s long-term work to help strengthen young newly graduated artists all the way up until 2025.

We are proud of the mutually developing collaborations that the INTRO program at O—Overgaden has already brought about. Currently, we are delighted to see former INTRO artist Iselin Forslund Toubro open her new exhibition at Møstings, and another former INTRO artist Kim Richard Adler Mejdahl taking an important position in the public debate about the Danish art scene, including last week’s large portrait interview in Politiken and a current performance at Roskilde Festival, a work that began here at O—Overgaden with his exhibition Lilith Grotto.

Currently, Tora Schultz and Isabella Solar Villaseca is working to create their two large scale solo exhibitions which are set to open in the autumn of 2022 as part of the 2022 INTRO program.

Now we look forward to helping another six talents on their way in their early development – a crucial point on the threshold of a lasting presence in the Danish and international art scenes. The INTRO Open Call will be announced this Autumn.
